I love a good wine x food pairing so this week at club anime and wine we’re bringing you some of our favorite food and wine pairings. We with a chefs tips and tricks and what to pair with it.

First up Pho and we’re pairing it with a lovely Gewurtraminer from the Alsace region in France.
